Media Writing, Editing, and Dissemination Services for
CDC's Center for Global Health,
Global Immunization Division
BeVera provides media writing, editing and dissemination services for the Global Immunization Division (GID) of CDC’s Center for Global Health (CGH).
Our services for GID include, but are not limited, to the following:

Writing and publishing documents in support of professional support services provided for GID and for publication to the web

Supporting authors in writing key messages and Single Overriding Health Communication Objectives (SOHCOs) for the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) and articles in the World Health Organization's Weekly Epidemiological Record (WER)

Media, Social Media, and Communications Services for
CDC's National Center for Chronic Disease Preparedness and Health Promotion, Division of Reproductive Health
BeVera currently provides critical media, social media, and communication services to CDC's National Center for Chronic Disease Preparedness and Health Promotion's (NCCDPHP) Division of Reproductive Health (DRH). The division requires extensive communication assistance to support its scientists and to successfully and accurately communicate important scientific information to consumers.

Using multiple communications strategies, channels, and approaches, BeVera provides communications expertise and services that support DRH maternal and infant heath program priorities. Our services for DRH include:

Media, Social Media, and Communications Services for
CDC's National Center for Emerging Zoonotic and Infectious Diseases,
One Health Office
BeVera provides critical media, social media, and communication services to CDC’s One Health Office within the National Center of Emerging Zoonotic and Infectious Diseases. Our health communications specialists support One Health activities related to human-animal-environment interface issues, emerging and re-emerging zoonotic diseases such as COVID-19, pandemic preparedness, outbreak response, and prevention health.
Our services for One Health include, but are not limited, to the following:

Developing communications materials, toolkits, and social media to support One Health messages relevant to COVID-19 and pandemic preparedness, with a focus on companion animals, domestic animals, and wildlife

Writing and editing summary of evidence documents as well as prevention, testing, and management recommendations for animal health, public health, and/or environmental health during the COVID-19 response or other epidemics/pandemics

Coordinating and collaborating with One Health Groups, both internal and external to CDC; professional human and animal health societies; local, city, and state health departments; non-governmental organizations; community-based organizations; industry partners; and other relevant One Health partners

Event Planning, Logistics, and Documentation Services for
CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases,
Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
BeVera provides health communications support for meetings of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Our health communications specialists provide event planning, logistics, and documentation services that support ACIP’s focus on providing advice to CDC that will help to reduce the incidence of vaccine-preventable diseases and increase the safe use of licensed vaccines and related biologic products.
Our services for ACIP include, but are not limited to, the following:

Corresponding with ACIP committee members regarding meetings and logistics

Providing pre-meeting set-up and on-site meeting assistance during committee meetings as well as support needed for extraordinary ACIP meetings

Assisting the ACIP Committee Management Specialist in arranging hotel lodging for committee members for the duration of each meeting

Processing travel reservations and per day honoraria for committee members

Preparing full meeting minutes for regularly scheduled ACIP meetings and summaries for extraordinary ACIP meetings; minutes are detailed, highly technical, and Section 508-compliant and are publicly published on CDC.gov
Technical Writing/Editing Services for

Office of the Director
BeVera currently supports the Center for Global Health's (CGH) Office of the Director (OD) by developing well-researched and well-crafted speeches, papers, manuscripts, and other written products to promote the OD’s activities. We ensure that our communications products and scientific manuscripts that are submitted for publication and disseminated broadly are of the highest standard, both in terms of scientific rigor and of grammatical and linguistic quality.

Informatics and Data Analytics Branch
BeVera provided operational support for the Informatics and Data Analytics Branch (IDAB) of CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) from 2021 to 2024. Our health communications specialists contributed communications, technical and business assistance, analysis, and documentation services that were used to achieve IDAB's strategic plan goals.
